I was referred by my friend here. Its hard to find a good mechanic with all the trust issues. Finally Bert took care of my car and I can assure his price and workmanship was great as expected. Bert also mentioned few minor issues with my car and tells/shows you what he has done and NOT. Will highly recommend his business and time!

I have been taking care of the car of a sick family member for some time now, and I noticed several serious issues with the car. I brought it to Fast Fix and was warmly welcomed by Louie. He was able to run a check-up quickly, and provided me with a quote that addressed all the issues. I'd definitely recommend to bring your vehicle here, as it is quite uncommon to deal with really nice people in the city :)

Best experience I ever had with a mechanic shop! Had to Stopped by because my oil light was flashing on and off, found out that my oil pan needed replacement, the guys explained and actually showed me the problem. There was a crack in the pan so they fixed it up for me at a good price and even did a oil change, free of charge! Definitely will come back if I need anything. Trustworthy and honest!

Have never dealt with more honest and knowledgeable mechanics than Bert and Louie. They diagnosed the problem with my camshaft position sensor and gave me recommendations on how to maintain it. This is a situation that was giving me a lot of stress, but after coming to these guys, I now have a very reasonable plan of action. They’ve earned my business. Feels nice when you talk to a mechanic who’s not trying to rip you off or lie to you. Very happy with my experience here

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough! We were on our way home from JFK after a long travel day and had car trouble - we called them a few minutes before they closed and he stayed open an extra hour to fix us up and get us back on the road home. Prices were incredibly fair, Louie was super knowledgeable, saw us right away and we are super grateful! He also warrantied his parts for a year - it's so hard to find reliable car service these days, but he's got a customer for life in us. We'd recommend them to anyone! Thank you Louie!!!!

It was a Saturday afternoon when our car started to give us trouble. Our regular mechanic shop was already closed for the weekend as well as most of the other shops in our area. We found Fast Fix Automotive after searching online and to be honest we were a bit sceptical. We met with Louie and told him what was happening. He took a look and knew right away what was wrong. He explained the problem and told us how he will be fixing it. We had our two small kids with us. It was a very hot summer day and he told us to wait in the office with the air condition. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and approachable. They made us feel really comfortable. We were very happy with the fast, reliable service we received and would highly recommend them to others. They definitely exceeded our expectations. Best part of all... Louie even went as far as to get ice cream for the kids! Now they can't wait to go back to the mechanic shop 😂

Louie and the guys are absolutely amazing! I had a broken tire and came in unannounced and couldn't have been treated better. The customer service and professionalism are amazing and they fixed the car in no time and its running great. Thanks so much to all of you, really saved my day! Will definitely be returning in the future for more motor vehicle needs!

My friend gets his car fix here. He took me there once. Last week I had some problem with my bicycle, seat post got stock inside, I went to few bike shop, nobody couldn’t take it out. One of the bike shop said, I have to leave the bike with them for two weeks It will cost me around $200. I came to fast fix and Louie took that out in 10 min. He didn’t even charge me for it. Louie is a awesome guys, and honest, he took his valuable time to help me out. People who likes their job, they do it for fun, and Louis is one of them. I believe if you come to this place your money won’t be wasted. Thanks Louis for your help!!!

I've gone there to fix my car due to living in NYC wild drivers. The auto body guys are amazing. Plus this place does maintenance like oil changes, brakes, tires and rotations. The boss is very nice as well and very very fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop! Go with confidence!
